Cindi Crepea
Chief Executive Officer

Founder Cindi Crepea was a visionary in 1989 when she walked away from large generalist firms and founded Haley Stuart, which has since grown to one of the Top 25 search and staffing firms in New Jersey. With a strong belief that success is easy when you take an idea and live it, her vision to deliver focused industry recruiting to best serve her clients, has indeed proven a successful model, promoting the alliance of the best of breed in industry specific recruiting to the Haley Stuart Group. With Haley Stuart as the corner stone successfully serving the legal community, her acquisitions have expanded thereby extending the organization's reach to other industry specific service offerings. Prior to founding Haley Stuart, Ms. Crepea had over 10 years of experience with a publicly-held major staffing firm. Focusing on direct hire recruitment, she finished her tenure with the firm as Vice President responsible for the offices as well as staff training. She stood for 18 years on the board of the New Jersey Staffing Alliance, where she ultimately ascended to President and Director.

Jamie Schwartz, CPC, CTS, CERS
Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Schwartz joined Haley Stuart in 2004 and has since helped to successfully bring together the companies in the Haley Stuart Group. Mr. Schwartz’s experience has been integral in driving the Haley Stuart Group’s growth while maintaining its standards of excellence. Prior to joining Haley Stuart, Mr. Schwartz served as EVP and COO at Headway Corporate Resources, and was responsible for overall corporate service delivery, strategic account operations, and system development. He was previously named one of the Top 40 Most Powerful Executives under 40 years old in the Staffing Industry by Recruiter magazine. Jamie began his career in the staffing industry as Director of Technology for New York's then largest full service staffing firm Irene Cohen Temps. Jamie earned his BA in Economics from University of Rochester and his MBA in Operations and Finance from that university's William E. Simon Graduate School of Business Administration. A Board Member of the NJSA, Mr. Schwartz also holds both CPC (Certified Personnel Consultant) and CTS (Certified Temporary-Staffing Specialist) certifications.

Jean Weiner
Executive Vice President

Ms. Weiner joined Haley Stuart in 2004 to oversee the service delivery of Haley Stuart�s contract staffing division. Her role has since been expanded and has become critical to the operations and success of the companies in the Haley Stuart Group. Ms. Weiner began her career as an HR recruiter for a large restaurant and real estate corporation, and later entered the staffing industry where she held progressively senior roles with one of the country's largest general staffing firms. Her tenure of 17 years with that firm culminated with her serving as the Vice President of Operations for its New York office. She was responsible for the overall service delivery to some of NYC�s largest organizations, including Fortune 500 members, law firms, non-profits and universities. Jean is an active committee member of the Women Presidents' Educational Organization and the Women's Business Enterprise National Council as well as holds a CTS (Certified Temporary-Staffing Specialist) certification.
